With rallycross i don't need fia cert and sfi and i don't have a cage and the buckle system is good enough for street mixed with race day use. I'm looking at putting a race harness into an e36 coupe using the existing seat belt bolts (no cage). Only some of them have the proper #'s tho. Schroth street legal harness belts are unique in their ability to be installed to factory provided mounting points along with the factory provided seat . Are race harnesses road legal?
